P2Aliases optional?

I really would like P2Aliases to be optional, the server I run has CommandHelper and I could easily use that plugin to have the same aliases as P2Aliases and I would actually prefer it. There should be an option in the config file to disable it or enable it, perhaps something like "P2Aliases: true/false"? True would download the plugin if not found and false would remove the plugin or just completely ignore it. Is this possible? It would be really nice to have that instead of being forced to have P2Aliases.
