Promote/Demote rank limits

I'd like to have it so "Mods" & "Super Mods" in my server can promote "Guests" up to normal "Members" and demote them back, but not allow "Super Mods" to demote/promote "Mods".

So I was think something like a rank_limit setting could be added.
This would mean groups can only promote/demote other groups below or equal to the limit providing they have access to the command of course.

Example settings :

Admin rank: 99,
Super Mods rank: 50, rank_limit: 10
Mods rank: 30, rank_limit: 10
Members rank: 10,
Guests rank: 1,

the rank stuff is not very clear, needs promote limits as well

quickly looking at the rank stuff, it's not very clear, and nowhere do you state where the 'rank' is defined or what it actually does or where we can change the settings. (only in-game commands is NOT a good idea) a wiki page wouldn't go astray. and as has already been stated; the ability to set who can promote/demote who would be awsome. the ability to set a normal player to promote untrusted users would make my life a lot easier. still good work so far.

This would be useful to a lot of admins. I will look into implementing this.

promote and demote limits are finished and will be available in the next release.
